So on 1/29/12 I smoked my last smoke. It is a daily battle I am currently winning. I am very proud of myself, but an emotional wreck, the withdraw symptoms suck. I am extremely emotional and cannot even hold back the urge to cry. If/when you come across someone who is currently quitting smoking, it is an addiction that you withdraw from, it's not at easy as you would think to just quit. It puts alot of stress on your emotionally just as you were to detox from a major drug, it may not be as sever, but it is still hard.
