Those things that just don't fit

I have been thrifting lately. my latest find is all this thread that cost me $6.50 if you are including the cost of the clothespins to organize it. Otherwise it was a whopping $4.45!!!

I went to a community yard sale a few weeks ago and picked up all the stuff you see for a total of $45.00. You read that right 45 bucks!!!!
(minus my kitty!! hes just nosy)

My boyfriends cousin asked me to make her, her guarders for her wedding this coming October! I was so honored! I am almost done them just waiting on her to find the charms she wants added to them!

My brother is getting married this Friday!!! So close!!! They rented a photo booth but they were gonna charge $75.00 on top of the rental fee for props so I made them some from templates I printed out online and cut out on scrapbook paper!!!

I also made this for my brothers wedding

Another thrift store wonder was this pile of fabric I spent a whopping $25.00!!! could have spent 4 X's that at Joan's or Walmart!!!

I have been making these flower head pieces from the stock pile I shows above!!! Going to sell them at a flee market in June!

I also made this stamp from a packet of dollar store erasers I bought. I plan on making more but just have to find the time!!!









I Had a blast on my Hawaii trip in March! ALOT OF FUN! also like I said above my brother is getting married this Friday 5 18, 2012 and I am a brides maid. so nice to be asked to be in it! not much else is exciting or new! I have just been crafting, crafting, crafting and looking for new crafts to make!!!! Things are still going strong with my Love Bobby!!!

SO on 1/29/12 I quite smoking and I have been completely smoke free I am so very proud of myself!!!

To keep my hands and mind busy during the first few weeks I made flowers for my brothers bridal shower!!!

 

I also have been making some doll clothing for 18" Dolls

 

VALENTINES DAYS HAS ALSO PASSED RECENTLY

I have pretty much the best boyfriend ever

(even if he does get on my nerves sometimes)

I love him very much and am happy he can put up with my craziness sometimes.

He got me this bear!! a VERMONT BEAR

We went ice skating and to see a comedian!!!

He also go me beautiful flowers and a hand made vase!!

he also brought me my fav lunch from Panera Bread!!!

My Hawaii trip is coming up as well as my lovers birthday while we are there YAY!!!!

We are going to be going on this zip line it is going to be so much fun!!!

I quit!

So on 1/29/12 I smoked my last smoke. It is a daily battle I am currently winning. I am very proud of myself, but an emotional wreck, the withdraw symptoms suck. I am extremely emotional and cannot even hold back the urge to cry. If/when you come across someone who is currently quitting smoking, it is an addiction that you withdraw from, it's not at easy as you would think to just quit. It puts alot of stress on your emotionally just as you were to detox from a major drug, it may not be as sever, but it is still hard.



So here is to fighting the fight within myself

So I love making new things and using up supplies that would otherwise be thrown away or sit in a box for forever so my mom showed me how to make these origami flowers!!!

You can use any square piece of paper to make this.


 

You will need 5 pieces of square paper

 

 If you use an odd shape piece of paper just fold it in half to make a square and cut off excess paper

Then fold up the edges to the center and fold outward













It should now look like this ^^

 Pull out the fold and flatten so it looks like this ^












Flip over and fold over the tops that hang over

fold the outer edges in on more time

then bring the outer most edges together and it should look like this ^

One year today that I have been with the most amazing guy ever! Bobby McGee, my heart and soul, the love of my life, and I could not be any happier. I am so deeply in love with him it is CRAZY!!!

Tonight we are going to Outback Steak House and the movies to see Mission Impossible. It is going to be a good night.

So my inner inseperation has been dying to come out. I have been thinking about

a lot and have used Google images to get some inspiration as to what I want to do first! Only problem is I don't have the materials for the things I want to make. Simply Beautiful

The little things in life is what we all really need to start appreciating! Like a cute picture text with your anniversary date written on a post to a work bench just because you are loved!

Taking the time to travel with friends and visit friends and have a great time!!! Hawaii now includes My boyfriend, My brother and our very good friend!!!

This is truly a trip of a life time!!! We all cannot wait to get there and hang out with two other pretty amazing people!!!
